19 people attended the Gander Mountain seminar entitled "Late Summer Salmon Tactics" on Thursday, July 19th at the Gander Mountain Store in Johnson City.

Some of the topics we covered were finding productive water/eliminating unproductive water, 4, 6, and 8 rod sets, the wide variety of deployment devices and how to incorporate them into your spread, and some of our hottest spoons and flasher/fly set-ups.  I had a great time, laughed a lot, and enjoyed meeting lots of new people.  To those of you who attended:  Thanks for coming!!

I'll be at the Utica Gander Mountain store next Thursday, July 26th at 7:00pm for another session on Late Summer Salmon Tactics.  I hope to see you there.

After that seminar, we'll be as busy as can be out on the lake.  I still have a date or two available in August, but the phone has been ringing a lot lately with inquiries and I've booked a couple of dates in the last 24 hours alone.  The only August dates I have left for a traditional morning trip are Tuesday the 21st and the Sunday the 26th.  I have several dates open for afternoon/evening trips, so please don't hesitate to call to ask for our availability.  Afternoon trips are generally just as productive as the morning trips, plus you don't have to get out of bed before dawn.
