Fishing Report - August 19, 2007 - AM Trip
After yesterday's big wind, we were looking towards today to give us a better shot at the goods that Lake Ontario has to offer up. And Lake Ontario delivered the goods today...in spades!
Vernon, Kyle, and Lacey saw the best of what the big lake has to offer today. We worked out over 500 FOW East of Fair Haven today and took fish on everything we had in the water...R&R watermelon grape dots spoons, the JV Cheerleader, the Dalmatian/Siggs Blue Dolphin, Black Death, Maui Wowie, a chartreuse Pro-Chip with a Habanero Fly...all got bit today. Temps were down 120-130 ft. today.

This King was almost as big as Lacey! She took the two biggest fish of the day today at 22 and 20 lbs.

She kept getting up from her set to check the cooler...I think she was stoked on the box of fish that they brought home today.

Hope to see you guys again next year for more Lake Ontario Kings! We really enjoyed your company today.
Until next time, Fish On!

Thanks Capt. Bill and Jay for the awsome trip on BillyV II. You guys got it goin on. Also thanks for the photos you emailed us. Lacey's arms are still sore. Everyone I've given fish to is very impressed (smoked and grilled). See you guys next year. Already thinking about an early Brown trip. Keep up the good work.
