Fishing Report - August 20, 2007

If  yesterday's limit catch was a great day, then today's catch could definitely be classified as utterly amazing!  I was joined by Tom and his daughter Katherine today in search of some Lake Ontario bounty.  We ran out to 205FOW and before we could get all the rods set, we were hooked up.  And then we hooked up again.  And again, and again, and again, and again, and again!  We had multiple doubles today, and ended up going an amazing 15 for 16 before the clock read 10:30am!  Lake Ontario was on FIRE this morning!!  All our favorites got bit multiple times today.  Hammertime, JV Cheerleader, Black Death, Maui Wowie, and Siggs Special all took Kings today, as did a Northern King watermelon/grape dots spoon.  I had hoped to spend some time getting to know these two as they live in the same town as I do, but this was the view I had of them all morning long....

.....Hooked up in the back of the boat!

After her king at 10:30, Katherine says to her Dad, "I'm TIRED!".  Tom looks at Katherine and says "Me too!!, Wanna call it a day?"  She agreed with him, so we packed it up and headed for the barn.  Thanks for letting us take a king home for dinner guys...we had a BLAST with you today!  Hope to see you again next year, and please be sure to bring your good luck with you again next time.....what an incredible morning!

Until next time, Fish On!

Everything Bill wrote about this day is absolutely true. We had a great day, and we'll be back! Bill knows his stuff, and he and Jay worked as hard as anyone could to make the day enjoyable.
