Holding the line

Have you noticed the cost of a gallon of gasoline lately?  Of course you have.  It hurts every time you fill up.  Regular unleaded is selling for $3.39/gal down at the Mobil on the corner, and it's all due to the oil companies' GREED.  Prices are even worse for fuel on the water.  I wouldn't be surprised if we see $4.00/gal at the marinas this summer.

Now imagine that your car holds 180 gallons of fuel.  $700+ to fill 'er up...OUCH!!!!  Well, that's how much fuel the Billy V II holds.  And even though gas prices are skyrocketing we're going to do our best to hold our prices steady for the 2008 season.  It's our way of saying "thank you" for being our customer.  Let's hope that fuel prices come back down again (yeah, right!) and we'll look forward to fishing with you in 2008!

Until next time, Fish on!

We have considered eating large amounts of beans to fight the awful greed of the oil companies, but our marina mates have respectfully requested we reconsider. Wishing I was fishing!!!!
