A new place to stay in Fair Haven

My family and I were having breakfast at Curious Moon on Main Street in Fair Haven on Sunday and as we walked back to camp we noticed that the old Hardware store in town had re-opened as a general store & cafe' so we decided to stop in and take a look.  We met Carrie, who owns the place with her husband and she gave us a tour of the new lodging that they're offering upstairs.  Here are a few pics:

It's huge place (3 bedrooms), ultra-clean, and very welcoming.  Even my wife, who is always turned off by standard "Fisherman's Lodging" was very impressed and even commented that she'd recommend it to some of our friends when they come up to spend time on the lake with us.  And at $150/night, it'll work out great for groups of fishermen that want to stay in style!  The Crow's Nest is definitely a great addition in Fair Haven and  I have to say that they have a really beautiful place for rent and if you're considering coming up for a weekend of fishing you owe it to yourself to check it out.

Be sure to check out their website, www.fairhavencrowsnest.com.
