Today Jay and I spent most of the day washing, waxing, and buffing the boat.  After we sanded down the old bottom paint last fall and after it spent the winter in a barn, there was an awful lot of dust on the boat and a fair bit of work to do to get the hull shining the way we like.  But we put our noses to the grindstone today and accomplished most of the spring cleaning that we wanted.  There's still a bit to do on the topsides, and we'll get to that next weekend, but now we can rest well knowing that the hull is shining almost like it did the day it rolled off the showroom floor.  Here's a shot of Jay hard at work cleaning the FILTHY seats.  He spent quite a bit of time on them and they look great now.  Thanks for all your help today Jay!

We'll be back up next weekend to spend some time on the topsides trying to get some Cottonwood tree sap off of it before we buff and wax that too.  We'll be fishing soon, so if you've been thinking about a charter, now is the time to call or email to secure your date.  We have a couple of openings for April Brown Trout in Sodus and a couple of slots left for Kings in May down in Wilson.  We also have a few prime dates left for Salmon fishing in July & August too.  So if you've been thinking that this is your year to fish with us, don't hesitate to call...the phone has been ringing a lot lately and I expect that we'll have a completely full schedule for the summer.  Give us a call at (607)592-9012 today!
