Have done business with the Krenzer
Marine Team for several years. They are top notch when it comes to service as well as sales. It's hard to find an honest dealer these days, but I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with them. Glad to see that they have hooked up with Billy V again this year for the Pro-Am circuit. Young Tim needs lots of fishing help and I'm glad to see he has teamed up with someone that can give that to him. Capt. Dane

The
new probe has a smaller frontal diameter than the DR does, but its a
bit longer. We tested a pre-productuon probe last summer and it didn't
have any more blowback than our DR probe does. We also had consistent
signal with 250' of cable out. I look forward to seeing it in action
now that its gone into production.

Heard that Cannon was coming out with a new unit. Thanks for posting the info. Bummer that they dropped the light intensity from the previous unit. Probably was the most important feature as far as lure selection went.

Offshore oil rigs in Australia and the North Sea have a 500 meter (~1/3 of a mile) exclusion zone. You can be fined up to $100,000 if you stray into it. How big will be your exclusion zones and fines for the wind farms in Lake Ontario?

Capt. Bill, I very much enjoy reading your postings and find the reports very informative. I was wondering if you could share in a little more detail the float technique that you use while fishing the tributaries for Steelhead, i.e. fly / egg-sac, how much weight, float size, leader length and pound test etc. Any info that you wish to share will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mark Fike
Frostburg, MD
